Modern hotel management tailored to the needs of guests

At K&B International, we have a “management consignment contract” to operate on behalf of the owner of the hotel. We offer “consulting contracts” that provide comprehensive management support.

Not only limited to hotels, the focus is on “does it meet the needs?”, “Is it clean?”, “Is there an excess or a deficit in the number of personnel?”

We aim to surpass expectations, for example by looking out for customers’ facial expressions and gestures to be able to provide services before being asked.

With our extensive experience and know-how, we are able to maximize sales and profits.

■ Operating results(domestic and overseas)

1. hotel replace namba osaka (Osaka, Japan)

We have started the operation in 2018, but we are sure to get a great support from our guests. We anticipated the fact that there would be many guests from overseas, especially from Asia, and asked famous Korean influencers to promote the event. As a result, we were able to get a very high advertising effect.

2. Zen Diamond Suites Hotel (Da Nang, Vietnam)

Located in the heart of Da Nang, the hotel offers convenient access to the city’s main attractions.

With an average of 60 square meters, 290 suites feature a full kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

We were able to win the Expedia sales first place during summer 2018. The occupancy rate is over 70% and the hotel is always full on weekends. We will continue to cherish the spirit of hospitality and devote ourselves to it.

3.Bavico International Hotel (Nha Trang, Vietnam)

After organizing the opening, management was successfully transferred to the owner.
